Excelent séjour

Points positifs : Le cadre et l'hébergement correspondent aux photos. C'est très calme, le parc de la propriété est superbe et invite à la balade, la piscine (partagée avec les autres vacanciers) est top car dans un coin calme, avec de l'ombre et des transat. L'appartement a une magnifique vue sur le jardin et répond aux besoins fonctionnels. Les hôtes sont conviviaux, réactifs, et accueillants.

Points positifs : Hôte très accueillante. Appartement propre, agréable et fonctionnel. Literie très confortable. Cadre magnifique avec un superbe extérieur et une belle piscine. Très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Points positifs : Le domaine, l'appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. À deux pas de Villandry et Tours. Lit confortable, sejour avec une magnifique vue sur le domaine.... Pour pinailler, mettre à disposition des tables de pique nique et chaises de repos dans le jardin permettrait de profiter encore plus du domaine (plutôt que de manger dans l'appartement). 😊

Très agréable séjour dans un beau domaine, tout près de Villandry, Langeais, Ussé ou L'Islette

Points positifs : - emplacement idéal, à proximité de plusieurs châteaux de la Loire, le plus proche étant celui de Villandry - vaste appartement avec plusieurs chambres, 2 salles de bain, une grande cuisine-salle à manger - très grand et beau parc arboré avec piscine (commune aux gîtes), trampoline, table de ping-pong - amabilité des hôtes

Points négatifs : - il manque peut-être un canapé dans le salon ou dans la grande chambre parentale

A wonderful holiday

Points positifs : The apartment was charming, very well appointed and tastefully decorated in French style with a number of antique pieces of furniture. Very well equipped kitchen with a combination microwave and dishwasher. Lovely big bathroom, the bath suited us very well. Comfortable bed. The chateau is set in expansive grounds with many pleasant seating areas and lovely views. We used the swimming pool a couple of times on very hot days. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and we had the use of a washing machine and dryer when needed. Very convenient location just outside Tours with a number of big supermarkets in easy driving distance. We also used the closest Tram park and ride for a visit to Tours. Our thanks to Dominique and husband for a lovely holiday.

Pleasent stay

Points positifs : Location was good, a 10 minute drive into Tours and set in lovely, secluded acres of beautiful grounds. The property was beautiful and so were the grounds. Staff were there if we needed anything (they live downstairs) but left you alone unless you sought them out, after checking we didn't need any help the day after check in. The apartment (we had the top floor apartment in the main building) was very spacious and was quirky with lovely original furniture and features. Kitchen was well equipped in general, but we would have liked to have had tall glasses and mugs for hot drinks instead of teacups, but we think this is just because the French don't use these items much, especially mugs. We were practically the only guests as it was September, which was great.

Points négatifs : The water pressure in one bathroom was very low, so we had to use one bathroom more. There is only the option to have baths. It would have been better if there was a fixture on the wall, to enable the hand held shower attachment to convert this into a shower. The swimming pool is unheated, which was really cold in September. Imight be useful if the information says that although the pool is open, it is unheated and therefore pretty freezing by September. We still enjoyed using it, but you do need to be brave! The pool is in a lovely secluded setting though, and there is a handy pool room/building. We loved it, despite the temperature.
