Séjour presque parfait

Points positifs : La localisation est centrale, dans un quartier avec toutes les commodités. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Le fait d’avoir un parking est un vrai plus quand on vient en voiture.

Points négatifs : L’immeuble est assez mal insonorisé (années 70?), cela résonne beaucoup dans la cage d’escalier et on entend pas mal les voisins proches mais au final, cela ne nous a pas tellement gênés car c’était plutôt calme le soir. Le badge piéton du parking fonctionnait mal (multiples tentatives nécessaires pour réussir à ouvrir la porte piéton), ce serait bien de le signaler pour savoir qu’il faut vraiment insister.

Très bon séjour, nous revendrons certainement dans ce logement. Un plus le parking gratuit.

Points positifs : L'appartement était superbement bien situé en centre ville. Un seul petit défaut c'est pour récupérer les clefs, pour les récupérer le point relais était situé à 1,8 km de la location.

Points négatifs : L'emplacement en centre ville, le logement était agréable et fonctionnel, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire.

Good location to see the old town.

Points positifs : Ideal location to see the centre of Tours. On the main boulevard which is a wide street with wide walkways and lanes for cars and trams. Only about 10 minutes walk to the old town and cathedral. On the second floor but has a lift. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious open plan sitting/dining area and 2 bedrooms.

Points négatifs : There is nowhere to park in the busy street to offload luggage, so we had to carry everything from the secure car park, which is around the corner. It is a basement car park and the allotted space is 3 floors down. There is a lift, but there are lots of narrow corridors and heavily sprung doors to negotiate. We collected keys from a shop about half a mile away on the same busy road, but there was nowhere to park other than on a pavement in a side street.

Points positifs : A beautiful apartment close to the train station and close to the tourist office where we commenced three tours. The art and care taken in decorating the apartment are extraordinary, and we found the copious written info to be useful.

Points négatifs : No air conditioning, so we had to learn how to manage the windows and blinds to let cool air into the apartment in the morning and exclude the warm air during the heat of the day. This was a minor inconvenience, hardly worth mentioning. Having to walk from the train station to the market was a bit much. We were glad to leave the key in the apartment rather than to have had to deliver it to the market.
