Court séjour de 2 jours mais, j’ai très apprécier. Je recommande
Points positifs : Appartement très calme et propre. Le lit confortable, le wifi fonctionne très bien. Retour de réponse très rapide.
Points négatifs : J’aurais aimé avoir du papier de toilette 🧻 de plus, nous en avions manqué le matin avant notre départ et j’aurais aimé qu’il y est une boîte de papier mouchoir. Sinon le reste était parfait.

Points positifs : Propre, très bien situé, avec un côté petit nid sous les toits.
Points négatifs : Contrairement à l’intitulé, il n’y a pas de climatisation, mais des ventilateurs, qu’il faut laisser tourner en permanebce. À éviter en période de canicule, donc.

Points positifs : The studio is perfectly located, right in the city center; despite this, it's very quiet and peaceful. It is equipped with everything you might need and the host is very kind and communicative. I would definitely recommend it!

Great location, couple of things to note
Points positifs : Location was great, and it's a nice walk from the train station. The apartment was well equipped, light, and had a great view from the Velux (roof) window in the bedroom. Information ahead of time was good with helpful photos of the property and how to access. I would stay again.
Points négatifs : Accessing the key box is a bit fiddly and in a dark location, so you may need your phone torch. The property is in the loft (roof) on the 4th floor, with no lift, for those to whom this matters. The final stairway is through a second door and up into the unconverted loft. It was a bit creepy, and the light is behind you when going downstairs which makes it very difficult to see on a narrow staircase. The lock on the second door was loose which was a bit disconcerting as to whether it would work or not. Had to be careful with the towel rail as it was coming off the wall, so a few maintenance things could be addressed. The sofa/lounge was uncomfortable/awkward to sit on.

Points positifs : My wife and my son stayed there for 15 nights in July 2024. The price-quality ratio of this apartment was good. The location is great - everything you need is within walking distance. Everything was fine, except for a few details. Therefore, I think this place is quite suitable for a stopover for 1-3 nights.
Points négatifs : In my opinion, the apartment is barely suitable for a long stay for two people because of the uncomfortable sofa and noisy fridge. During our stay, the weather was hot - up to 39 degrees Celsius, so it was sweltering inside, partly because it is an attic room and partly because there was no air conditioning there - the fan provided did not help the situation.

Points positifs : Eu amei o apartamento. Muito bem equipado. Ideal para 2 ou 3 pessoas... O ANFRITRIÃO super atencioso. Responde rápido... Muito bom
Points négatifs : Eu não gostei do sofá cama na sala . Não e bom e não é confortável.. pode melhorar
