Points positifs : Emplacement super , bords de Loire et centre ville à proximité Accès à L'appartement très bien : ascenseur +propreté +sentiment de sécurité +calme apt fonctionnel, bien éclairé, sobre er apaisant bien équipé et besoins de premier nécessité, literie confortable petits balcons et vue sur le Loire

Points négatifs : la logistique au moment de l'arrivée et départ du séjour : +attente dans la rue pour obtenir les clés et entrée dans l'immeuble / les 2 personnes susceptibles de nous accueillir, étaient restées dans l'apt sans veiller au dehors. + problème de règlement de caution/dématérialisée qui n'a pas pu être finalisé en amont du séjour +ns avons fait une dernière sortie dans Tours , la personne de ménage était déjà dans l'appartement à notre retour, alors que l'heure convenue, à l'arrivée, avec les personnes accueillantes, n'était pas atteinte: départ précipité peu confortable pour nous et la personne de ménage

Points positifs : Le logement est confortable, propre, décoré avec soin. Remise des clés rapide à l'arrivée.

Points positifs : A perfect place: located above a parking area, at the beginning of a shopping street. It was very comfortable and perfect for two people, clean and modern.

5 night stay in Tours, in a lovely apartment, overlooking the river, and bridge, and near to everything in Tours itself.

Points positifs : It was very well situated, near to the old town, with a tram stop just nearby, and overlooking the Loire. Well appointed apartment, and a good size, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, and good sized bathroom.

Points négatifs : Nothing.

A pleasant stay in Tours with a great outlook.

Points positifs : It was a lovely appointed apartment with a great view looking out over the Loire. It had almost everything you needed for a great stay - more shower gel/ shampoo and a few more toilet rolls would have been great.

Points négatifs : It was a little noisy so I needed to wear earplugs to get to sleep. Had a washing machine ✅ a dishwasher with no dish washing tabs sadly so the dishes just got sterilised.

A great base from which to explore the chateaux of the Loire.

Points positifs : Lovely location overlooking the Loire. Bright and airy apartment, well equipped. It was lovely to be greeted on arrival. Close to shops, cafes and bars. We enjoyed it.

Comfort and convenience.

Points positifs : Well situated and well fitted out. Comfortable bed.

Points positifs : The location is perfect and the view at night with Ferris wheel lit up and the bridge behind is a real highlight.

Points négatifs : No concierge or reception desk to check you in. A lady had to come and meet us to let us in spoke no English which made it very difficult for us when trying to locate the entrance.

Points positifs : Everything. The property is exceptional in terms of its location, everything essentially brand new, comfortable and clean. Parking very convenient.

Points négatifs : Nothing, other than not being able to stay longer.

Very well appointed and equipped apartment which we would happily return to

Points positifs : Very well equipped, bright and modern, and very comfortable. So many thoughtful touches meant we had everything we needed.
