Points positifs : Le style de l'appartement, très joliment décoré ; la qualité des échanges avec Guy ; l'emplacement, idéal, entre bords de Loire et centre historique ; la disposition des pièces (deux chambres donnant sur un grand séjour) ; l'exposition Est/Ouest traversante, parfaite pour ventiler la nuit en cas de grosse chaleur ; le soin porté à l'isolation phonique (fenêtres et plafond) Parking public à 10 minutes à pied (réservation en ligne possible, avec reconnaissance des plaques d'immatriculation) ou stationnement payant sur la Place (les places sont faciles à trouver le matin, c'est plus difficile en soirée)

Cozy and fully equipped at great location
Points positifs : Perfect location, turn left and you are at the banks of Loire + a bus stop, turn right, you are at the main dining road (including grocery shop!). Nice and quite neighbourhood. Fully equipped apartment, we weren't missing a single thing. There is a possibility to adjust the heating temperature, which we were grateful for. A shower in both bedrooms was a super plus and so was the washing machine. Great for travelling with colleagues, friends, partner or a family of 3-4. I would definitely come again.
Points négatifs : The second bedroom was a trouble to heat, there is some drift from the old build-in wardrobe, but we managed to clog it and by keeping the door to living room open, my friend could sleep more comfortably.

Beautiful apartment in Tours
Points positifs : Beautiful apartment in a great location in Tours. Lots of space for a family of 4. Every detail in the apartment thoughtfully considered. Guy was very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. We would definitely stay here again.
Points négatifs : Nothing, everything was perfect for our stay.

A beautiful classic apartment with two bathrooms in a very good location
Points positifs : Very well located property with workable parking. The apartment is nicely set up and Guy, the host most helpful. Also we left a necklace behind which Guy immediately notified us about, and sent to us. We are most grateful if his honesty.

Beautifully furnished and comfortable apartment in an ideal location
Points positifs : The apartment is very well-situated in the Old Town, just round the corner from the restaurants of the rue Colbert and the main shopping street of the rue Nationale. The Place Plumereau is just a ten-minute walk away in one direction, as is the Cathedral in the other, and the River Loire is just at the end of the street. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was probably the best-equipped of any apartment I've stayed in, with every kitchen utensil you could need, ample cutlery and crockery, and a superb oven and cooking range. Our daughters enjoyed playing the board games left for the guests, and although we didn't use the television, the wi-fi connection was perfect. Two sets of keys were provided, which was very helpful, and is actually quite rare. The communication with the owner was very good and he responded very quickly to any questions we had. Excellent all round!

Como en casa en el centro de Tours
Points positifs : Estupendo alojamiento, bonito, muy espacioso y cómodo, en un edificio antiguo y muy céntrico, con mucho encanto. El salón/cocina/comedor es una estancia grande y luminosa, decorada con gusto. Se puede aparcar en la calle con relativa facilidad, aunque es zona de pago.
Points négatifs : Por decir algo, el apartamento está en un primero sin ascensor, por lo que las escaleras son algo incómodas para subir y bajar maletas.

Points positifs : Die Austattung der Wohnung ist super, für Familien aber auch 2 Paare geeignet. Super Lage, nur wenige Meter bis zur Loire und in die Stadt. Die Querstrasse in ca. 100 Metern Entfernung bietet viele kleine internationale Restaurants und Kneipen für jeden Geschmack. Mehrere Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar.

Soggiorno piacevole a pochi passi dal centro.
Points positifs : Appartamento a pochi passi dal centro. Molto curato e con cucina attrezzata e ampia zona living. Due camere da letto con bagni in camera in un unico ambiente. Il proprietario molto attento e disponibile.
Points négatifs : L' appartamento è dotato di un unico gabinetto per tutto l'appartamento.
