Amazing, clean apartment with perfect communication !
Points positifs : We had a wonderful stay! The communication was absolutely perfect from start to finish — clear, fast, and super helpful. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better — just a 3-minute walk from the historic center of Tours, in a quiet and charming area. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions for getting the keys. Any time we had a question, the host responded quickly and kindly. Excellent client service overall. Highly recommended!

Points positifs : Great location, central to everything! Fab boulangerie and sandwich shop on the front door step, less than 5mins from the river, antiques market on Wednesday and Saturday in the square. Lots of restaurants nearby and carrefour supermarket just up the street. Plenty of space in the apartment for 2 people, toilet box was entertaining but functional for 2 x 6ft tall adults. Good shower. Had a great stay and would definitely revisit for that price, thank you!
Points négatifs : Nothing we were unhappy with. Suggestions for the future would be - sharp knife for cutting vegetables - were given dishwasher tablet on welcome box but no dishwasher, but we were given washing up liquid, very useful! - working internet would be good and tv was there but we don’t have any subscriptions to tv services. We did try to get it to work and emailed the company when we arrived. It wasn’t necessary to our stay so didn’t ask again. - a little chair and maybe table for outdoor use would be nice

Points positifs : Šeimininko nematėme, tačiau į klausimus jis atsakydavo labai greitai ir viskas išsispręsdavo iškart. Malonu, kai randi tokias smulkmenas, kaip vonios ir virtuvės rinkinys su naujomis priemonėmis. Miegoti sofoje buvo visai patogu, patalynė ir rankšluosčiai puikūs, nieko netrūko. Problema yra vakare rasti parkingo vietą ir vieną naktį labai triukšmavo kaimynai, bet tai ne šeimininko kaltė.
Points négatifs : Galėtų būti keletas kabliukų vonioje, bet tai smulkmena.

Tours ist eine schöne Stadt und die Lage der Unterkunft war optimal.
Points positifs : Auf jeden Fall die Lage. Nahe an der sehr schönen Altstadt und zwei Minuten entfernt von der Bushaltestelle. Die Unterkunft selbst war gut ausgestattet für zwei Personen. Über den Fernseher konnte man gut Filme über Netflix oder Prime ansehen… wenn man einen Zugang besitzt.
Points négatifs : Die Töpfe waren sehr klein, dh Kochen für zwei hungrige Personen wird schwer. Aber es gab sogar ein paar Gewürze. Wir haben die zwei Nächte, die wir da waren, nur kalt gegessen… war auch gut. Hinter dem Haus besteht zwar die Möglichkeit zu parken, aber nur nach dem Zufallsprinzip. Da due Wohnung in einer Wohngegend liegt, sind fast alle Parkplätze privat und entweder besetzt oder abgeschlossen. Wir hatten Glück und das Auto nicht bewegt. Wie anscheinend üblich, waren alle Anleitungen, auch die sehr gute, vom Vermieter zugeschickte, nur französisch. Wenn man kein Französisch kann, nutzt die beste Anweisung nicht viel. ZB muss man ja den Müll selbst entsorgen (sonst kostet es was). Eine englische Version wäre sehr wünschenswert!

Emozione di stare in una dimora storica
Points positifs : Appartamento molto carino in una casa storica a graticcio. Comodissima la posizione vicina al centro. Dimensioni stanza giorno ampia e cucina ben fornita.
Points négatifs : La stanza wc davvero troppo piccola. La terrazzina fuori non è attrezzata, potrebbe starci bene un tavolino e le sedie. Il parcheggio sul retro sarebbe comodo ma spesso occupato dai residenti.
