Magnifique domaine avec plein d’activités pour passer un week end exceptionnel.

Points positifs : Le service est au top et très réactif. Le domaine est magnifique et super bien entretenu, un vrais plaisir pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour passer d autre week end.

On the whole, we all had a great time but with some problems.

Points positifs : The house is well-equipped with plenty of glassware, crockery, cutlery and a range of pots, pans and serving dishes of various sizes. The house and bedding were very clean. The grounds are vast and well kept. There's plenty of parking space too. The piece de resistance was the magnificent pool. Loved by all from 2 years up to 75 years. Our host, Lilia, was delightful.

Points négatifs : In the evening of Day 1 we had a complete power outage. It was property related not a general area problem. We had a good and immediate response from our hosts but it took a long time to fix. Day 2 we lost internet access and also there was no power in two of the bedrooms and the first floor sitting room. A man appeared and took several hours to fix the internet but still no power in the bedrooms.. We contacted Lilia who said she would pop in that afternoon. She didn't appear and so we persevered without bedroom power until she showed up. She never did. The pond needs to be better protected especially when you have toddlers. We tied up the open gate with string. Before leaving for our holiday, we asked if there was a cot, as just a highchair is in the list of equipment on Booking.com. The answer was 'No, cot or highchair were in the house.' However, there were two cots and a highchair readily available! We all enjoyed our stay very much, but we were disappointed with the lack of electricity. We paid a considerable amount of money to stay at Les Rangeardieres and expected electricity to be available at all times.
