Passionate about cooking and baking, Stéphanie learned the art of French gastronomy at the Paul Bocuse Institute.

From brunch to the gourmet menu, including the casserole menu and the aperitif dinner, the menus of the "Cuisine de l'Harteloire" give pride of place to local products.
