The Gastronomy

Passionate about cooking and baking, Stéphanie learned the art of French gastronomy at the Paul Bocuse Institute.

 

Stéphanie prepares a gourmet appetizer or a gastronomic menu , with seasonal and local products.

 

Your first dinner or appetizers will be ready, waiting for you at your arrival to the Mansion!**

Gastronomic Menu :

appetisers, starter, main course, Touraine cheese plate, dessert (Price: 45€ per person, minimum 5 persons, excluding drinks)

Aperitif dinner :

12 pieces of salted appetisers, Touraine cheese plate, and 2mini-desserts per person (Price: 25€ per person, minimum 6 persons, excluding drinks)
